  1. Just in case anyone is interested in the part numbers for F-150 body plugs to replace Ford's tape.

    Pictured is a 2014

After more hours the I will admit...

    (16) N802981S

    (2) 377977S

    (2) 383181S

    (2) 385622S

    (2) 389114S(This hole is rectangular...Round plug in a square hole :whattodo:)

I also sprayed cavity wax inside the rocker panel. I hope to have a update on this in a year.1870828214_BodyPlugs.thumb.jpg.2e244462ace6fdf60b06335ecca621ef.jpg

  2. 08' E-Series bus No crank, cluster dead, windows inop. Even though the wiring diagram has multiple errors I traced it down to broken splice 221(Behind the dash)

If was down for 6 weeks, the multiple shops the looked at it didn't have the "Dealer Diagnostics" so it ended up at my shop....Now that the wire is repaired I am going to hook up IDS for the first time just to do a post scan, clear the DTC's and perform drive cycle.:chinrub2:

  3. WWW.ACDELCOTDS.COM

MDI 2 Is the interface. I don't run my GM and Ford software on the same partition, some people that I know of do. I really recommend taking some kind of training, in my opinion it's really nothing like Ford. Module damage during programming or update Is not uncommon especially on older GM products for people that aren't familiar.

  4. I will take a stab at the difference. Looking at the PC/ED & OBDII my understanding of the info is that the P20EE is a 1 minute monitor ran 1 once per ignition cycle vs the P207F is continuous generally detected within 1 hour . The P20EE is most likely an obvious or raw data type failure where the P207F is based calculated data. eg. long & short term Nox efficiency
