  3. Replaced the front BPA the front sensor on the master cylinder and its now fixed. Now when I press on the brake pedal both read on and when I release the brake pedal both BPA & BOO read off. Thank you! Hope this helps someone.
  4. I am getting a p0703 Brake Switch B input circuit and when watching the boo & bpa pid only the boo changes states when pressing the brake pedal and bpa stays on all the time. So I went to parts and asked for the brake applied switch and they gave me the sensor that goes on rear of the master cylinder and has three wires going to it and the brake applied switch according to the wiring diagrams is showing only a 2 pin connector, is this right? The 2 pin connector goes to the sensor that goes in the front of the master cylinder which I am thinking its the BPA switch according to wiring diagram. Thank you!
  5. Can somebody please help me I need the part number for the gasket on the high pressure pump reservoir. Thank you
  6. Well the customer texted me yesterday and said that he found the problem and when i asked what it was he said that it was the Dual Mass Flywheel. I never asked him how he found out that it was the Dual Mass Flywheel but it makes perfect sense to me. Thank you all
  7. I swapped ficm & pcm still same thing mostly missing on 2,7,5,&6 at idle only and smooths out as soon as you push on the accelerator pedal slightly. I also disconnected the alternator & also disconnected all injectors 1 by 1 and still same thing. I did notice that when i cancelled cylinder #4 it did not make a difference and as seen on the power balance test. i also performed relative compression test and it passed. Thank you My number is 816-730-2609 you can call me or text me.
  8. Well the customer texted me last night and said the truck was running good and that he did not want to replace the check valves on the high pressure oil rail. Has anybody seen the concern as shown in the power balance test? Thank you
  9. I have an 03 6.0 that misses only at idle and the miss will go away as soon as it comes off idle. The truck runs great and has lots of power but it just misses at idle on different cylinders. ficm voltage 48v icp is good. I know i read somewhere where the check valves on the high pressure oil rails would cause the same problem im having but im not sure. I will be installing the check vavles on the hight pressure oil rails tomorrow morning and will post my results. Thanks in advance
  10. so I took the crossover tube to the high pressure turbo off and checked impeller by hand and it appears to have more than the .89mm radial shaft movement also their is dried gunky oil on the high pressure turbo outlet. so I priced out the turbos I will keep you guys posted.
  11. this truck has an sct tuner 7015 x4 relative compression is good, fuel trims are good except #2 -10, blow-by looks good, this truck feels like I am driving a race car it goes so fast. the truck is consuming oil cause I had to add 5 quarts after drving it for about 60 miles. I quess I thought I was going to see oil coming out of the turbo downpipe but I did not. im leaning towards the turbos. I will keep you guys posted.
  12. I have a 2008 6.4 with 240,000 miles and had engine replaced at 148,000 miles. I have checked turbo inlet, lower cac tube hose, blow-by, and down pipe and I don't see anything. when I removed the down pipe to inspect I only see powdery black soot and it is not wet. Engine has lots of power and will go from 0-90 really quick. Please help thanks in advance.
  13. I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND WHY IT DOES NOT SHOW UP ON THE EBP SENSOR PID.
  14. OKAY CUSTOMER PULLED THE EBP SENSOR & TUBE(LIKE I HAD SUGGESTED IN THE FIRST PLACE) AND THEY WERE PLUGGED UP. CUSTOMER REPLACED EBP SENSOR & TUBE AND IT IS NOW FIXED. THANKS AGAIN.
