6.7 fuel low pressure fuel noise

2012 f350 with 240,000km. Setting p0089 and p0093. When I first brought it is it would pass both the high and low pressure system tests but has a loud hissing noise in the engine bay (drivers side) when running the low pressure pump and when checking flow there was a lot of air bubbles. I could not find any problems with the lines and when i ran the pick up from a jug of fuel the noise went away. I found a post on here about cracked lines on the fuel sender so I went ahead and replace it, did not see any problems with it though. After doing that my air bubbles are gone but I still have the same hissing noise while running the pump and it is now failing the high pressure test. If I bypass the supply return line to the high pressure pump the noise is gone. I spent way to much time trying to find a crack in either of those lines with no luck and it doesn't have an external leak. Next I am going to pull the intake to get a closer look at the lines and check the pump for metal but just wanted to see if anyone  has suggestions when checking for this noise.
