Navtech Posted January 14, 2005 Share Posted January 14, 2005 Anyone else seeing catastrophic failure of the HPOP on the new style eng. The one's I have seen look like the inlet pipe(pump feed)seals are blown out and twisted, with a resulting massive internal oil leak. Keith Browning Posted January 17, 2005 Share Posted January 17, 2005 I have not seen any of the new pumps fail but I did have two of the older style go. One of them actually left debris on the IPR screen. Check the Photographs section on this web site. I am pretty sure I put a close up of the screen on one of the pages.
