Seized pulley?

Ive ran into 4 lcfs with seized ac compressor pullies.Two caused no power situations,one a noise, and one stuck bugger wouldnt let the truck start.No ssms or tsbs that ive seen, anyone have any insight to this problem and what is fords recommended repair?

I ran into three of these when the LCF first came out. There was an SSM but my memory fails me as far as details are concerned but the failures were actually caused by the compressors or the pulley bearings in the one's my shop saw. All three had no refrigerant.
