check valve for compression tester

Trying to find a diesel compression gauge with a check valve installed into hose due to no valve in 7.3l test adapter,does any body have any suggestions, is there any fitting or kit that would fit standard diesel compression gauge?

I gave up and bought a whole gauge set from the Snap-on man a couple of years back.

Mine has it in the hose, just above the coupler. Maybe it's serviced separately from Rotunda as a service part?

The one I got from snap on does not have valve in hose,and fitting Snapon got for me will screw in place of glow plug and has check valve but is only around 1 inch long,very difficult to attach hose and hose is in way of moving parts would like to find valve like Bruce has in pic
