I like hot rods but OMG! this is over the top! I think the cab can stay on for most repairs too. No topside creeper needed. For this use the pan could be cut. I think it would live pulling a CVPI around with only 8 or 9 quarts of oil. With that paper weight up front I don't think this is a 1.0 G cornering ride. That engine has got to feel good. Not only is it freed of its Econoline prison, it no longer has to pull all that metal. I'd love to see how that radiator does at cooling it all. Maybe it is fine since the weight is low and towing is not going to be measured in tons.
