2015 Ram 6.7 running rough on accel

I am no longer working at a ford dealership. I now work for Minnesota DOT. We mostly have Rams with Cummins in them they are  4500-5500. I have a 2015 with 74xxx miles probably a lot of idle time but I forgot to check. At times at a stop light or stop sign it starts running rough and has stalled. When it's idling fine at a stop and you accel it runs rough then clears up as you accel. No codes. Also power braking gets it running rough.  Fuel filters just changed. Air filter new. Lift pump puts out the 500ml in 10 seconds my fuel psi gauge isn't long enough to see while driving but it has 12-15 psi. We have a snap on scanner and nexiq for big trucks I questioned my app PID didn't look real smooth so I swapped accel pedal out of a different truck. That made no difference. Any advice?

I did figure it out. It's the egr valve. I blocked off the inlet side and it didn't act up. Pulled my pop can back out and it was acting up again.
