I have an early 04 f250 6.0 with a bad turbo and the rear mounting bolt is frozen and the head is rounded. Anyone have a trick to remove the bolt?

I have a 05 f550 6.8 that stall on decel when in park or neutral. no codes, ran oasis no ssm/tsbs reflashed pcm. no change. app,app1,app2,app3 are normal compaired to another truck with same MY and ENG. anyone seen this before? /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/banghead.gif
