  1. You said you weren't gonna tell!
  2. I usually cut the stud off the old joint with a torch or zip cut and then push it out.
  3. I would have given up LONG Before ten minutes went by, and I am hourly.
  4. Fuel pressure gauge Some way to air up the hp oil system Test FICM IDS
  5. ^^ exactly what I said about the EGR cooler thing before it was a tsb
  6. Personally I would have put an FQR drop in complete in there. Exceptional warranty and it's good anywhere, and if there's any problems Ford's on the hook, not you personally or your shop. I don't know what you guys are paying for them there, but a buddy of mine is in the Chicago area and is paying 14-15 for a complete drop in 6.4, I can't imagine the 6.0 being more.
  7. Fuck it. I use a power window motor. Even on circuits with 20ga wire.
  8. Can get em with a cat in some years also.
  9. 650/750 has had cummins for a while.
  10. Cool story bro. Lol. Anyone remember when EGR cooler, replace paid .2? Because it didn't include removing the intake? The first EGR cooler I got flagged .2 for changing because our tower operator didn't read the work orders just went by parts, was the last one I didn't flag or look up the SLTS myself.
  11. I can never remember which are and aren't anymore. Plus today sucked outside and work was right next to awful all day. Lol
  12. Maybe PCM is seeing low output, or the voltage isn't getting to the battery and therefore not getting back to the sense wire. What's your b+ Pid?
  13. Unplug the alternator 3 wire plug start te truck and rev it up a few times and see what the fail safe charging output is.
  14. Two door auto in this one. Bench seat. Coyote and 6R80 on the floor ready to install.
  15. Heeeeel no. 3.3L and 200 cubic inches of screaming mediocrity. It's actually not bad, drives along real nice now and I haven't even played with the mixture or added some timing to it yet. We are also thinking the catalytic converter is likely partially plugged simply due to the fact that it is original, and the carb was incredibly fat. Although the car only has 20,000 original miles on it.
  16. Rebuilt the carb on the old fairmont yesterday. She feels like a solid 68hp now.
  17. My buddy's fairmont has the horn mounted on the turn signal arm lol
  18. I'm bothered when the filter does not need cleaning as per the manometer reading, yet the local company (they have an fsx) cleans it anyways and bills us. I have the chart and the restriction limit was nowhere close to my "/h2o reading on the sheet they supplied me. Could have at least bumped the reading so I felt a little better. The local KW dealer has told my biggest customer that they aren't maintaining their dpf's properly so they need to have them cleaned. Conveniently - the local KW dealer now does dpf cleanings. We are sending them to the international store, after splitting them apart at the shop. I think the blow job is $285 (our cost).
  19. Google dpf cleaning machine. Look at the big yellow one I can't remember the name of it offhand there's a good video of how air and paeticulate flows through a dpf
  20. A bus pass does NOT make a great gift.
