Hi northern buddy only 8 coolers man i only wish we stock 5 for each model year and will use that a week over here mostly 04 and 05 though but all fail the pressure test when removed had 2 bad enough the other day both engines were hydrolocked on cylinder 5 when unit shut down cust went to start no go

well i had a huge head ache the other day the 2005 will run without any v ref signal unit came in with a shorted pedal assembly from an aftermarket body builder pulled codes had one for every sensor using v ref monitored pdis no v ref at all sensors unit still ran fine phoned hot line they told me the 05 MY will run with no v ref signal took for ever to diag the issue and this will make it harder

loads of trans recalls and numerous diesel engine repairs

well guys how do those of you using this like it we in canada still can not get it they say they are still having "minor" software issues just looking for some thought on it any info appreciated

well boyz i do the same i work at a dealership and sell all kinds of pereformance toy's on the side but all my customers know " IF YOU PLAY YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY " but they sighn a waiver that i am not reliable for dammages caused by products sold only the product carries the manufacturers warranty and my installation warranty

HI a local area boy I sell lots of exhaust on the side and no issues the turbo whistle only happens on some suspect different calibrations as cause but no real issues

yeah here we go all right we are backed so far up right now with diesel repairs as well as the "great torqueshift" recall let alone now diesel recalls coming we have so many peed off customers it is not funny i can not believe that at the meeting with ford in Edmonton Alberta that they were un aware of an egr cooler issues well it is a regular repair at our dealership me and the other tech average atleast 6 per week on top of all other repairs you know there will probably be a head gasket recall and hopefully the labour times are better /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/banghead.gif anyways i hope the new engine will be better don't think it could get any worse
