Got burned on one by abs module and another guy at work got burnt by stuck caliper pins and also if I remember right you have to have 20 or 30 psi to bleed -
We're always hiring never find anybody worth a shit. It's so bad they just hired a guy back that threatened to beat service manager when he got fired and escorted out by police. There's a serious work ethic problem in younger generation.

Have a complete reman tore down made it 700 miles has 3 burnt pistons with major cylinder wall scoring and 1 head with burnt valve and seat. These things are junk

Got a 2010 e ambulance with cyl 1 missfire pulled valve cover off found both rocker arms off and intake pushrod bent so bad it won't come thru rocker box. Lucky fucking me

Can't remember part number but thought I read the new vct solenoids were made to operate at 15 psi that's why spec was lowered to 15

My dealership got hit in December, they stole 12 stock unit dpfs and 1 customers, all together it was right around 75,000$

Finished a short block last week 2011 with 43000 miles cylinder 1,2,&7 rods had broke

Done 1 so far took about 8 hours. The second one will be alot easier. It might be the worst patch job I've ever seen.

the kias have a version of sync, they bought fords first generation technology, works great. It comes down to money for me, the kia is a better value.

My dealer is a dual line kia and ford, i dont work on the kias but have drove some, they drive nice, are built with great quality and very few problems. Im a diehard Ford guy, but if I was buying a new car it would be the Kia.
