Any error usually comes up as a 99. I find that it's normally a password error. Make sure that you've got an up to date NETS password. A quick contact to hotline will verify that. That, and making sure that it is entered into the NETS settings if the software has been recently updated.

Alex, I ran into that once and it drove me nust until I fgured it out.

 

Justin, did you correct this yet? You also need to be sure that the proper cable and comm port are selected in the software settings in NETS. Like alex said, many failures fall under the 99 code.
