Ive got a 2005 Excursion sitting here in need of a pedal 3C3Z-9F836-BA and there none to be found ANYWHERE! my guys are telling me backordered until 1/29/2010!!! So basically I need to tell the customer he is out of a vehicle for 3 months? I know we did check oeconnection first. got a email into our fleet rep to see what he can do....but its looking worse and worse for this poor customer. only option I have right now is a used $185 pedal which of course the customer or dealer does not want to pay for which I cant blame either.
