3788 - 2011 F-SUPER DUTY - 6.7L DIESEL - BROKEN INJECTOR HOLD DOWN CLAMP SOME 2011 F-SUPER DUTY EQUIPPED WITH 6.7L DIESEL MAY EXPERIENCE A LOOSE FUEL INJECTOR DUE TO A BROKEN INJECTOR HOLD DOWN CLAMP. THE SUSPECT INJECTOR HOLD DOWN CLAMPS HAVE BEEN PURGED FROM SERVICE STOCK AND REPLACED WITH CERTIFIED STOCK. CERTIFIED INJECTOR HOLD DOWN CLAMPS ARE MARKED WITH A WHITE PAINT DOT. REPLACEMENT OF THE FUEL INJECTOR IS NOT REQUIRED WHEN AN INJECTOR HOLD DOWN CLAMP IS BROKEN. THE FUEL INJECTOR ON THE AFFECTED CYLINDER SHOULD BE REMOVED AND RESEALED USING THE INJECTOR RESEAL KIT (BASIC PART #9229).

bring this back from dead...2013 F350 with 6.7 dieselonly 7,800 miles....repeat injector hold down clamp failure on same cylinder #4...... hold down clamp, seals, injector and return line was replaced at 3,400 miles.Anybody has any experienced with it, if yes, what is the fixed?

Just finished one on a 2012, replaced the injector as well, couldn't find that message anywhere, good thing it only pertains to 2011 or I may not be getting paid for the injector.
