gordrc51 Posted March 4, 2012 Share Posted March 4, 2012 Don't know how many of you have seen the direct clutch burnt out of these in Transit Connect and Focus but there is now a TSB for them. 12 01 09 Reflash and repair direct clutch as nessesary. I imagine its going to put line pressure up abit for that 2-3 shift. We have one Transit that has had 2 Transmissions in 12000 km. Its at max weight with a hard driver. Aaron Posted April 9, 2012 Share Posted April 9, 2012 Only saw one Transit AT fail, and it was one I suspect was stuck in the mud. No teeth left on the differential, the oil was chrome.
