CD4E causing battery light on??

Tearing into a 2008 Escape. Main issue is VBAT is reading 15.1 volts and the battery light is on. VGEN always reads correct battery voltage. After some previous diagnosis it was found that VBAT drops to normal when the transmission solenoid body is unplugged. Going to remove the solenoid body and see if I can pinpoint a specific solenoid.

I was wondering if anyone has had this sort of issue or has any knowledge on how a solenoid body can throw a false VBAT reading back to the PCM?

Edit: It worked. New solenoid body and vbat is back to normal.
