She managed to give some hackers access to her hard drive over the internet. So it's getting wiped clean and it's gonna start over fresh. Every time I wipe out a computer I take the hard drive out and plug it into my desktop and make a copy of the entire hard drive for document retrieval. Normally pulling a hard drive is child's play and takes a whole minute or two. But Acer decided that they could bury the hard drive deep inside and that no one would care.
