forddieseldoctor Posted February 25, 2016 Share Posted February 25, 2016 We've had a rash of 3.7 Police Utility vehcles that have had cracked manifolds. It seems to be both front and rear. We don't know if they are actually leaking bad enough to smell in the body or not. The guy who does maintence on this fleet is a pain in the butt and he looks for every little thing he can warranty, but as soon as it's out of warranty we will never see it again. But anyway they seem to be cracked on the bottom side of the manifold and the only way to see them is with a mirror. Once they are out you can see light through the crack. We've done a dozen or so of them and one in one of the Police Sedan. Anyone else been seeing this? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

forddieseldoctor Posted February 27, 2016 Author Share Posted February 27, 2016 We did a handful for the codes, but we've done way more of theirs for being cracked. It seems to be 14's only.
