I know that giving up a VCM to have a customer drive around with is asinine and I would never let mine out of my hands. I bought the option with my VCM thinking it would be easier to use for data snap shots on road tests than driving around with my laptop on the seat but that is exactly what I still do. Also have the vcmm we can use when a shop vcm 2 is out as a recorder. To answer your question yes I send them out half a dozen times a year.
