  1. it states in the tsb on coolant overflow out of degas jug to relpace the oil cooler ,in the egr cooler test section

  5. Doing one right now ,screwed up in march, just now getting to it, #5 exhaust valve stuck closed, broke rocker arm ,bent push rod, hope the other side don't mess up. from sitting up this long.
  6. see if there is a new reflash available, if it is ,do it, sometimes that will render the chips, programmers useless because of the different cal., has worked for me. pisses the cust. off though.

  9. Has anyone tried to do a dual to single mass flywheel conversion on 03-early 04 6.0 L 6 sp.? If not make sure you order the 10 new flywheel bolts for a late 04. The ssm doesn't tell you this. I found out the hard way.
