when you replace a oil cooler under warranty do you have to replace egr cooler if so do you know where i can find the info on this repair?

thank you guys for the input the customer is bring back in a few days ill let you know what i find -
sounds like its coming from the primary turbo, only happens at cold idle any ideas before i pull the turbo and do a bearing test?

i have checked with parts they show a different number for 97 and newer just wondering what the diffence is.

hey i got one with same problem what did you find -
hey guys thanx for the tips finnaly got it to act up after driving it 200 miles fuel psi droped to 10 psi and then it would not start again, i ended up replacing both the pump and regulator.
