A year ago I decided to get into the Milwaukee Fuel 3/8 impact and ratchet. Longevity and maintenance seem to be an issue. Luckily we have a Milwaukee rep as a customer. My ratchet lasted just over a year before the head wore out. The rep took it in, I waited 2 months for it to come back. During that time, the impact head locked up. Apparently the gears break and jam. The rep brought me in a new replacement ratchet that worked great for a week and is now doing the same thing that my old one did. I am still waiting for my impact to come back. Not sure if I want to continue using them. Seriously considering going back to air tools with maintenance ports for lube.

KHFord started following 6.7 fuel low pressure fuel noise
-
2012 f350 with 240,000km. Setting p0089 and p0093. When I first brought it is it would pass both the high and low pressure system tests but has a loud hissing noise in the engine bay (drivers side) when running the low pressure pump and when checking flow there was a lot of air bubbles. I could not find any problems with the lines and when i ran the pick up from a jug of fuel the noise went away. I found a post on here about cracked lines on the fuel sender so I went ahead and replace it, did not see any problems with it though. After doing that my air bubbles are gone but I still have the same hissing noise while running the pump and it is now failing the high pressure test. If I bypass the supply return line to the high pressure pump the noise is gone. I spent way to much time trying to find a crack in either of those lines with no luck and it doesn't have an external leak. Next I am going to pull the intake to get a closer look at the lines and check the pump for metal but just wanted to see if anyone has suggestions when checking for this noise.

2025 high idle

According to what I saw in the body builder book on the Ford BBAS site it looks like it should be the same as the earlier aluminum body trucks. -
2025 high idle

I have not yet. I’ll try to remember to read the seic portion of the bbas site for that truck tomorrow. -
I have done a ton of 17-22 trucks but the 2025 looks different because of the electric park brake. Has anyone installed a high idle on the newer trucks ?

Shows that vehicles have not found all the ways to break by 15 years post manufacturing end. Sneaky SOBs! -

I acquired one like that, used it for a year and a half, now it's gone. I hope someone gets as much use out of it as I did. -
