Mbl35 Posted November 7, 2012 Share Posted November 7, 2012 I took apart a turbo for my freind's 03 f450. It was coked and the unison ring was stuck. When i took it off you can see marks like the vanes have been sitting in place for a while. And complains it had no power for the longest time. The cam lever spins in a complete circle without resistance and the solenoid works-i bench tested it. Also the lever didnt move when actuating the vgt solenoid.
