IPR cutaway.

Anyone have pics of IPR cutaway??Bruce maybe??Im curious to see how its actually working in there.Is it just blocking or opening ports in the pump as it moves in and out?

I built one years ago and I'll be damned if I can find pics of it. The cutaway didn't turn our really well because there's a little pin in there that is too hard to cut and couldn't be shown properly, and the parts don't lend themselves to a cutaway. The "true-to-life" cutaways and pics are more confusing than helpful sometimes.

The 94-98 7.3 PSD coffee table book has a high tech description and colored line drawings on pages 35-38, but they're more confusing than anything.

 

I describe it simply as a dump valve dumping off excess HP oil. No power is 100% open,(no HP oil) full power is fully closed (HP pump deadheaded).
