  1. As well as the coin trick you could also use a foam ear plug if your shop has them.squish it down and use some long needle nose pliers to put in the hole and let it expand.
  2. Started Aug.21 1988 at indy shops.went to ford Oct 20 1997.off the bench now and have been demoted to service manager-i thought i drank alot being a tech.still doing my courses and am 2 class rooms from master.

  5. the 6.0l gasket is under tsb 05-13-9 p/n 5c4z 9448 a no gasket for 7.3l but machining has always worked here.
  6. you may be thinking of the 6.0l where it has no gasket ,but you can order and install one.
  7. here at this shop we alwqays blow out the bolt hole,then brake clean,then blow out again.we have been caught on loose injectors in the past and have not had a problem since doing this way-2 years and counting.

  9. now with e-mail you spend 1/2hr pecking at the key board and state that you've tsb such'n'such and tried this and that,compared to similar unit ect... you get your responce and the magic computer tells you to do the tsb's you've already done and to compare to similar unit????? thanks for the help!!!!
