  1. The programing portion was quicker than the 22 minutes stated on the screen it was maybe 5 minutes. then wait he 10 minutes. I did use a very large usb drive 128GB
  2. I hear you Steve. Keep going...New opportunities...down a slightly different path.
  3. I have completed a few of these. The ones here went right through with no issues. I will say that you have to follow the instructions closely. I think the completion words on the screen state complete then go away. Honestly I didn't have any issues
  4. Did you ohm check all injectors on the bank that is missing? PPT P2 check them after driving and its missing. Easily done at the PCM connector. I had one that only failed the ohm check after driving it.
  5. Anyone notice the oil fill amounts went up? 13 to 15 quarts Specification Sheet For: 2023 F-350 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel Oil Filter: FL-2124-S Oil Capacity: 15 qts (14.2L) Oil Type: XO-10W30-QSDF Specification Sheet For: 2022 F-350 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel Oil Filter: FL-2051-S Oil Capacity: 13.0qt (12.3L) Oil Type: XO-10W30-QSD
  6. On PTS vin has to be within the last 3 years I think. when in shop manual say in the engine specs section. The "Report a problem" button is in the upper right hand corner. Its a form to fill out. links directly to the page you are on.
  7. yep that's interesting. Seems like more errors in these manuals lately. (report a problem needs a VIN so i cant send one in)
  8. I just finished one last week. It had the exact same sound. The truck was a 2021 with over 100,000 miles 12 months old construction truck runs all the time. One camshaft lobe was worn pitted (looked like an old bearing) and the roller lifter did not spin right could get to spots where it would not turn. Customer said it just started. Replaced cam and lifters that fixed it. (A few were reported on hotline past reports.)
  9. Bought a Fluke 77 in 1990 for $119.70 still have the box, price tag is on it. use it all the time. Replaced to leads once, fuses couple times. Called customer service they were very helpful when I needed something.
  10. That IPR is maxed out. I would air pressure check it again. Listen close to both sides. I would bet it has a leak. Possibly STC fitting --snap to connect on high pressure pump. (Your fighting air in this system after a repair it needs to be driven to remove. I have no experience with the BG wallet flushes , but that could have also induced more problems)
  11. What is IPR and ICP reading What about the STC fitting on pump?
  12. Lets start at the beginning, So it ran fine came in for oil change and you stated "sold fuel injection". What is that? Also you stated after replacing the stand pipe "it took forever to start". it should crank long after that repair. Did you drive to bleed the air out of the system?
