  1. Safeties. For like 2.5 weeks now.
  2. Who's tuning? And how's it work with the new sticks and turbo?
  3. The PS coupler, no. But the bolts? Who does that? Logically, if the bolts had been lost/replaced it would have been the 3 you can get at. The one in the back is behind a bunch of shit so all you can do is turn it and basically let it push the compressor off the engine once the head of the bolt bottoms out against the crankcase vent filter housing, which apparently has more than 3 bolts in it, because I pulled 3 out and that thing wasn't going ANYWHERE.
  4. Four bolts. Three from the front. 16mm. One from the back. Buried in shit. Blind at best. 17mm. Why would you do such a thing. Get all put back together. Power steering drive coupler laying on the bench.
  5. Jump off a fuckin' cliff. Make sure there's plenty of sharp rocks at the bottom, you don't wanna live through that shit. That is all.
  6. I suggested that as well. Waiting to hear back from jasper.
  7. Yeah but the light is GREEN!Must be ok!
  8. I use a black smithing hammer. Two hits. Me hitting the ball joint. Ball joint hitting the floor. Lol femstang.
  9. There's some listed on fleabay right now as oil pressure sensor orings. http://m.ebay.ca/itm?itemId=171065486110
  10. Nah, this thing sounds like its coming through the floor. Lol.
  11. Don't tempt the big man with donuts and then take them away!
  12. That's about all I can come up with also. Jasper said to swap ICP sensor, if that does not remedy the situation they're going to swap out the engine assembly.
  13. I'd really like to recreate the concern, but if I can't I don't want to shotgun parts at it either. Do you remember where those screen caps are Bruce?
  14. Got a head scratch-er here fellows. 6.0 ambulance. JASPER REMAN engine. Customer reports an intermittent no start hot. I have a P2291, P0528 and a P0620 in continuous memory. Hot IPR is 24%, wide open throttle IPR is 59%. With oil temp at 195 or higher, IPR ramps to ~30 percent and truck fires up. Every time. Air check reveals nothing. I've not yet been able to get this thing to no-start, but I'm hesitant here, since I do have a 2291 and it is an ambulance. A local dealership has shotgunned an IPR at it, and apparently the concern persists. I'm scratching my head on this one. The only thing I came up with and this is a LONG shot, but what if the ICP was feeding faulty info to the PCM? Will the ICP reading of less than 500 PSI cause a no-start, even if the actual pressure is over 500psi? I know when the ICP is open circuit it will substitute values and start anyway, but I can't recall or find documentation that says if the ICP bias is incorrect if the vehicle will actually not start. Any ideas guys? Thanks!
  15. I like #2 and #8. I will take a honey dip, failing that a sour cream glazed.
  16. This is an extreme example, but during a universal joint failure in a drag racing application I would say 99/100 times the trans case breaks at the front as well.
  17. You probably aren't going to get a lot of help or sympathy on this forum. That being said, you will need a custom off road tune to turn the EGR off as the strategy looks at the IAT and IAT 2 difference to see if the valve is allowing flow.
  18. well, after googling "pans labyrinth monster" that's probably in the top 10 of most fucked up things I've seen in a long time.
