Is there any way to feed a FICM 12v to see if it will generate a proper 48v if it is not on a vehicle? I know this may seem like a stupid question, but I have a FICM here but no truck to put it on to see if it's any good. I can bite the bullet and travel with it to see a buddy of mine that has a 6.0 truck but he lives about 2 hrs from me so I don't really want to drive there and find out it's fucked. Any ideas guys? Comes down to it I will just slam an international half-shell on it and go without testing.

Yes, I'm joking about the crank flange. As for bearings, I'd offer it to the customer. Rolling a set of bearings in at 300k wouldn't hurt, and you're already there. I can't imagine the cost involved here already.

Diesel or gasser?

165,000km so far. Still workin mint. Had P0088 BEFORE the reprogram TSB, so it got a new pump. Just put new wheel and tire combo on it this week.
