Those barrel shaped things are probably diodes. The box upfitters bring a/c clutch signal from the box to turn on the clutch whether the head unit requests a/c or not. I have seen those diodes go bad before.
Besides the ford pressure tester tool, what does everyone use to check fuel pressure on a 6.0?

Is there a way to tell the difference between a 15 and 17 degree pump on the outside other than output line fittings? Got a truck superduty that has an obs engine with AA's in it need to know if I can id the HPOP before I quote a set of AD's for it.
14psi is not enough oil pressure to keep the VCT system happy. 15 psi is min book spec. Good ones i've seen will have 30 @ hot idle. I call that 5.4 death rattle. It's engine time.
