When I go to any other page it's all about "ho-hum... today would be nice....". My ISP says "we don't throttle your connection".... and I say "rrrriiiigggghhhhtttt". I thought I had an issue with my laptop but when I tried it at work it tested much better,so I know it is an issue with my home service.
