I got the pleasure of replacing a dpf harness on a 2017 F550 dump truck. Wouldn't have been so bad except they ran the cables for the electric dump through the same hole right next to the #2 body mount.

Make sure you don't have a flat lobe on a cam. We had that once. Had a flat exhaust lobe that the only concern was rattle/knocking noise.

Got to spend 3 hours in a cement truck drum playing with a plasma cutter.

I put a new box on my superduty tonight.

They didn't change the orientation of tips on the chassis cabs did they? On a 17 F550 dump truck.

I've been running the motorcraft 5w-40 in my 7.3. And I recommend 5k on oil and filters. Most of our regular customers run 10w-30 and they dump it every 3000 miles. I don't know why.

Finally finishing up my used vehicle set of 6.0 head gaskets. Had a 05 F550 show up this morning with a horridly popped egr cooler that's probably gonna be spw and it was overheated pretty good so who knows what else I'm gonna find. And we had a 13? F350 with a 6.7 towed in with low frp and icp codes and low relative compression on #2 and 3.

But no where in any of the posts talking about the problem was it ever mentioned that it was a manual trans. And since they are so few and far between no one here even gave it a thought.

I don't know if that is what's causing this issue. The top is much easier to install than the bottom and the top is what is breaking.

Part number E5TZ-4067-W is bagged wrong. We ordered 2 of them on different days and both of them were way too skinny. These are for a 10.5 ring gear in a 12 F250.

I put a set from full force diesel in my 97 I used to have. I had nothing bad to say about them.

Check the a/c pressure pid. We had one that was way off the chart and kept the fans kicked in all the time.
