Pulling 6.0 head on a ambulance...Help!!!

I have to pull the left head on this damn thing, Been fixing these diesels for a long time now, But never had to pull a head in a ambulance...Anybody have any tips or tricks? Thank you.

Pulling out the engine is the way on the ambulance

 

I'm a cablifter, but on that ... i prefer pulling the engine

I hate pulling engines on e-series. We got about 60 or so of the above picture in our fleet. I would like to know the exact process for pulling the body on a mod.

I did the left head without pulling the engine. I took my time, And to my surprise it wasnt that bad! even though all said and done I had WAY to much time into it.
