Motor shows Left 8 Right 5.2 Both 10.8 Long Block 21.2 WSM shows motor coming out the bottom

Installed HC3Z15A416A in a 12 Super Duty and it worked well. This harness is listed for newer trucks so the harness retainers didn't line up so I used my own push mount zip ties. I used the template but used the hole location that was there previously, which was more forward this allowed for better clearance between the outer bed skin.

Joe, If I understand your info, the sensor closest to the antenna has the highest RSSI (200) which would make the dBm closest to 0 (0.1)

Thanks Leon, That is also how I interpreted the diagrams. I also checked today and I those 2 circuits ohm out together. I hope to work on/finish it tomorrow.

The OE wiper motor on my '94 F-150 has failed and after much digging I secured a WM-548. My OE motor has two 3 pin connectors, the replacement motor has one 5 pin connector. At one time these motor had instructions but mine does not. After more digging I came across a site that basically says to merge the ground with motor common. Does anyone remember or can confirm this? I do not want to damage the wiper module as I am guessing it is probably more OBS then the motor

I would suggest the motorcraft off road shocks. That is what I was referring to in the above post.

Tire PSI? Are these black or white(Rancho) shocks?

How is the pin fit on C3127? I would monitor voltage pin 1 on C4030 for voltage drop. Depending on what I find I would check the + and - on pins 24 and 25 at C1035A

I would be curious to how much of a load it puts on the trailer circuit and also if it even loads the light or 12v circuits.

The newest I have done is a 2016 and I have the above tester. I have found that any thing with a magnet works. eg. old trailer magnet, 6.0 throttle valve motor, speaker. Depends what kind of feed back your looking for. I took a trailer plug and some duplex wire so I can put it in the cab and go for a ride if needed. I like the motor because I can watch the speed increase and also put a amp clamp on it.

Is anyone having problems with version 114? Seems like lots of people are, I would be interested in any stories or advice. I have not had problems but I don't do a ton of programing.

Leon, Has it been verified that it is the same code/ If same code how about the other sensors that share the 5 volt ref(Check for bias/KOEO) or the EGR by-pass operation & vacuum supply. Does this truck have the CCV collar kit installed?

The level sensors pid data on I have looked at on older ones are stair stepped/digital, any sensor that is not submerged will not be pulled low the same amount. I got same pics I can post if needed/interested.
