  1. WSM spec for unlock is 5.9 to 7.1 in Hg. I use 7 in Hg. when testing operation with a vacuum pump
  2. Not sure where to post this. The other day I had a 4R75E trans harness retainer broke, I used 3M5Z14A163A this may also work for the 6.4L intake snorkel.
  3. I checked a NOx11 today, I got 50k ohms.
  4. Did you happen to ohm check the Can2 terminals on NOx11. I have never checked to see which modules have the terminating resistors on Can2 and I can't seem to find that info from Ford.
  5. Entry conditions should be 8 hrs. soak, I can't remember if there is a key off timer pid. Just thinking out loud...maybe BCM or something is not waking up the PCM until the vehicle has been running for a while????
  6. MAF_A 928 g/s at idle? Issue with the signal return RE405, sensor or PCM needs a new calculator Run time is :02...This thing sure does warm up fast according to ECT & EGRT, is the block heater plugged in?
  7. Just found out about these yesterday, Euro shops seem to give them good reviews. Someone did mention a release valve issue but they supposedly AGA got that resolved. Kind of made me wonder if it would be a good idea for lift tables to have a safety lock. Lift Table | AGA Tools - See Why Everyone Has Bought Our Lift Table!
  8. I have the MaxiSys Mini. I also have the OE tools or access for the makes I work on. One thing to keep in mind with the newer vehicles with SGM gateway modules, I am not sure how the AM scan tool market is going to play out.
  9. I can't tell from info but does it look like the other mode 6 data is completed. I guessing you cleared the info already? You didn't happen to check the mode 6 data earlier so it would be in the IDS log file? It may not be that helpful anyway. I like the older way Ford mode 6 data would display the injector info in a time format.
  10. Had a Dana 80 that had a groove in the hub seal area. I used 99287 speedi sleeve. I cut the right angle portion before installing for ease of removal later. The machine shop cut a hole in the end of the install tool & flat machined a piece of pipe for a driver. I also used Loctite 680 for the install. I would have liked to cut the sleeve shorter to before the install but instead I trimmed it back after I had it positioned on the spindle. I used a cut off wheel, a Dynafile, Roloc & fine sand paper(Yeah not perfect but ) The sleeve is about .500 after the install.
  11. Something that Spicer tech support told me makes the most sense...Hold the pinion so the markings are at 12 o'clock & 6 o'clock if there is nothing at 2 o'clock it's a zero.
  12. Check the harness at the left valve cover for rubbing. Did you load test the power and grounds circuits for the IDM? Switch out the IDM relay. There may be same helpful info here » Ford 7.3L Power Stroke
  13. There should be an option to check ECM/PCM vin. You may also be able to try replace/reprogram ECM and I think this is done in the wireless control module.

  15. Sounds like a missed opportunity...Sure I can reset your catalyst & fill up the turn signal fluid that will be $xxx.xx
  16. Ford F-150s use tech stolen from MIT professors, lawsuit charges
  17. Daylight spending That puts a whole new meaning to burning daylight

And no notes in the catalog or parts forums?
  19. I don't understand why just about anyone could not find them in the parts catalog since they are in trans section, probably make to much sense to put them in the starter or block section
  20. Page 30 in the OBDII theory and operation has some info on fuel balancing. Page 28 gives more info on the mode 6 data I was referring to.
  21. What year truck is this because what I am about to mention it makes a difference. I watch the balance rates along with the injector Mode 6 data.
