I am thinking blockage. Do you have a refrigerant identifier?

Dropped the order/info off @ the fabrication shop this afternoon & it's ready to pick up. My forged lever nut will not be in for a couple of days.

http://www.forddoctorsdts.com/topic/6024-connector-info/?hl=connectors
I would probably start with Mouser. Try to find any numbers on the connector...pics would also help. If I remember those are gold plated.
Maybe DU2Z-14474-CA??
Also maybe call Ford Racing Techline 1-800-367-3788
If all else fails it would seem that PR Ford has a known good on their lot

The right nut had chisel marks on it and the left nut had nothing. I do believe they weren't equipped with the knowledge or the tools to do the job properly.
What would the formula be to calculate 18 or 70 Lbs. with a hammer & chisel

I wonder if the previous shop used new nuts usually the spring tension is weak or the teeth have wear.a rear hub on a F450 that someone left loose during rotor replacement (200 miles ago). Lucky the hub didn't damage the axle tube, it wouldn't have been much longer

With +10 I would be running a relative compression test. Did you reset the injector trims after the HPFP?...and any other adaptations or reflash/updates? I don't remember what they are off the top of my head....I am hoping I washed my hands of the 6.4L

They have some interesting stuff on that site.I think this is what your looking for. teckpakfitzall.com You can order it with or with out driver installer
I am thinking about getting that TFD-BJR if it will work on the lower control arms on the Fusion. If any knows for sure I'd be interested??? I called them & they seemed to think it would.

I have had these tools for a while now....But I actually find it easier just to pop the coolant hose (7G071) off the trans cooler (7A095)

Always refer to the PTS website or the online WSM for the most up to date info

I started using dishwashing soap & water to clean my safety glasses. Put a couple drops of soap, rub between your finger & thumb, rinse with water. Then blow dry with shop air....your glasses are now anti-fog

If it's a 4 cyl. GM has a PI document for replacing the seal, harmonic balancer, bolt, and drive belt.Front crank seal on a 2008 Pontiac G6
I check PCV flow also.

Had a broken control arm bushing on a 2011 Fusion. Ford does not sell just the bushing. Replacement with Ford parts would require a steering knuckle(3K185)wheel bearing(1215)& ect. I ordered the bushing from Mazda GJ6A 33 023C.
This should fit Ford CD3/CDE platforms. eg. Fusion/Milan/Zephyr/MKZ
I installed the bushing with a thrust bearing, washer & bolt. I also used Loctite 680

It's hard to say which of the two conditions when done poorly will drag a person down more, personnel or work space....Tune both and you are more likely to soar

Mine worked 2 days ago. I am running windows 7.
Are you using 1 or 2 of the new D-Links?
-
Care to get a price on making me one? That would be easy to make!
-
Got just the bushing coming for the '11 Fusion...Will update when I have more info.
-
'11 Fusion lower control arm has the flange broke on the steering knuckle to control arm sleeve/bushing. I have never seen one break. Ford does not sell just the bushing it comes with the steering knuckle. I take it no one else sells the bushing?

Honda tech said it helps but it's not fool proof.
