  1. Back to the topic at hand. The BG diesel injector flush just hooks up to the inlet of the fuel pump's. Why can'y you just dump the stuff in the tank? Same thing? Why do you have to hook it up to a machine? The BG guy kinda dodged that question. IMHO. BG services are just like all other services. The coolant flush machine is a joke, i think the only useful peice of equipment is the brake flush (on person bleeding) and trans flush. I will not put any of their additives in the torqshift and cooling systems. Anyone actually look at the "system sealer" /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/sick.gif
  2. the open top in the rear picture with the ladder sticking out is kinda "ghetto." But, with the way everything is, Ford need's something to bring the stock up.
  3. We used it on a guy's 03. It cleaned the shit outta the intake system/turbo, and it ran a shitload better. They wouldn't come out on the one i had that was coked beyond belief /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/confused.gif . That woulda been the true test.
  4. Isn't this market owned by the sprinter. Whoever needed one, alreay has one. Plus, sprinter's are widely used as ambulances outside of the U.S. so don't see why not they wouldn't be used here.
  5. This is true, me and you would go for hours about this /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/boink3.gif
  6. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/notworthy.gif to that guy
  7. Kirk Hammet can't do arpeggio's. Blah, they died after load. Their new stuff sounds like they are getting old and just hanging on by a little thread. FYI, they arent metal anymore. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/shrug.gif
  8. crack the lines at the abs module and let it gravity bleed. Unless you do a HCU unit i dont think you would HAVE to ABS bleed em. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/2cents.gif
  9. Thanks /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbup.gif
  10. Anybody know what the 6.4 Special wrench kit number is for rotunda. I can't find the number i know the kit exists, has all the special wrenches we need to work on these motors?
  11. leaking branch tube, coolant leak, overfueling injector, and then then another one that just got a harness. Thank god im nowhere near barrington.... What company is it?
  12. Was doing a sidejob for a customer of mine who wanted all 8 injectors replaced in his 6.0L. Coming to #4 i found that the hold down T40 was stripped. I tried putting a T45 in it, still no go. Anyone have any ideas on how to loosen a hold down after the T40 bolt head has been stripped?
  13. You guys get de-booked and/or have to pay for mess-ups? /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rotz.gif
  14. I'm hoping everything will be ok, this guy has worked miracles with people. 3times a week for 8 weeks and then 52 sessions. That's how bad i am out of alignment. From the letters on the wall, hes helped people with cancer, kidney failure even kids with ADD. When you listen to people that work with him and how he turned their life around with it was amazing. I'm 2months in a feel better, but im not 100%. im writing this on friday, 3 10hour tickets that have not been ok'd waiting 2 day's and only 15 hours booked this week. I've never had trucks not get ok'd longer then a day. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/hitthefan.gif
  15. This has happened to me from another shop, changed the hold down and injector and shipped it...ok...

  18. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/shrug.gif Heres the best part...2 months ago i applied for a loan for a condo,(we still had gaurantee and made my manager promise he wouldnt be getting rid of it for a while), got approved, found a condo, seller chose me, started doing the loan process. Week later hurt my back at work, was out for 3 weeks ( i paid for my own chiropracter bills because i needed realigning), came back to do very light work per doctors orders. Work got real slow, only booked 10-15 hours (was doing very light work), then my beater broke down needs a engine, week after that they took gaurantee away, next week got real real slow. Barely making money. Thank god my parents have been helping me out.
  19. Like i said...e-van headgaskets are a urban myth. They have less power then the f-series so that is proof that the bolts probably wont stretch. Remember, hotline said headgaskets don't fail....the headbolts stretch causing the heads to lift. A turbo overboosting will cause degas bottle overflow, thats in the tsb procedure. I have had more bad degas bottle sealing surfaces and failed caps then actual head gasket failures. I've actually fixed 3 that just needed a degas bottle and cap. International is the company that designed the truck, if they say it's ok to bend the branch tube, then F- ford. have you tried to bend a branch tube it's pretty fuckin hard....we bent one pretty badly and it still held
  20. U Lucky bastard...they took our garuntee away because it's slow. So now we have no garuntee, its slow. I gota a 17 hour check 2weeks ago because there was no work.
  21. I just fixed my first No-start 20psi crank, bad IPR (screen pushed back and had hole in it ) Didnt change the pump. Popped a new IPR in, and fixed it. (and yes...cranking the engine after any type of HP oil component replacement is key. I found that out after changing a oil rail, when realizing that the oil rail seals to the injectors after 150psi of oil pressure )
  22. Customers need to remember that we have their addresses. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smirk.gif
