Finally a few of us decided to chase it out. Well it turned, flew over MY tool box and dropped a load, It was a direct hit!! My laptop keyboard and the top of my box will never be the same. A good laugh was had by all!

  7. When I was a kid I would watch the neighbor swap rims and tires on his Pacer. Chrome rims in summer and factory steel and hub caps in winter. Fast foreword two houses and 25 plus years later, guess what my new neighbor had in his back garage yep a "sweet" Pacer same red color too.
  8. It is funny that many recalls or common problems are usually on parts or designs that have been around for years. You would think the new engineers would study past failures and learn a little.
  9. All the above mentioned are right on. But hey how can you forget side pipe exhaust on 97 f150 that came out in front of the right rear tire. Then the o-ring and lug nut recall that followed. Or the one that kept me very busy for years the 3.8 head gaskets of the mid to late 90's.

  18. I was at a mall a few years back and there was a small art show. This guy had made a small art motorcycle you know the ones with wire and other random reused parts. Well there it was a magnehelic guage acting as a gas tank. I talked to the artist and he had no idea what it was until I told him.
  19. Yes, they do have a different smell. I always thought the old Aerostar had a nasty different smell to.
  20. Hang in there Matt. Try to keep focused on what you do, Other people can often suck you down with there bad attitudes. Remember to operate in your world. Do not let them bring you down. As for the loads of work waiting for you, it is what it is, you can't work 24-7 put in your hours and go home. Keep doing the great work you have been, that is why people are bringing it to you. The worst thing you can do is try to pull short cuts and work tons of extra hours that always ends up backfiring.
