5 Character Flaws Destroying America's Future

Yep, I see it everyday, Drive around some of the neighbor hoods around here. The good people that used to live here have either moved on to different states or been kicked out of their homes because of the B/S thats happening. Hell even the people next door to me (of Mexican Decent) walked out of their home and went back to Mexico, reason being they have a boom in workers needed down there. Gee I wonder why???? Bruce I'm sure that you have been to Marysville, Ohio before....Ever had the chance to tour the Honda plant there, if not try it sometime, you may be suprised to find that they employee all US workers and they are non-onion and quite happy making a decent living.

May be way off on this but I don't think so. The big 3 have gotten so big that they aren't competitive with the Europeans and Asian vehicles being "built" in the USA. The "imports" have taken root here and are building vehicles in the USA with American workers to be sold here. On the other hand the big 3 are sending our jobs abroad and having other countries build them and send them back to us whether they are in pieces or assembled. The big 3 need to be more competitive in the Automotive industry, the Onions got so big and had so much say for too many years and the big 3 got Strangled by it. I believe in making a profit and growing but when you try to make it all on 1 or 2 vehicles thats just ridiculous.

Quote: Oh, and when I looked at the underside of the bolt head, one half of the head was dry... Matched with a dry semicircle on the cylinder head. Now that you mention that, when I was at Cummins and the ISX first came out we had similar problems getting the correct torque due to the flange drying out, mind you the ISX has a torque spec of 600ft.lbs. on the head bolts, we ended up using anti-seize on them to, it fixed the problem with the torque values.

I came up with 2 #'s for the stabilizer kit..... Motorcraft ASHV-852(5U2Z3V651B) Ford F7TZ3E651AA I couldn't tell if they were the same. I used to sell the F7TZAA's and they worked well.

LARRY BRUDZYNSKI replied to DwayneGorniak's topic in Body, Chassis and Electrical
Holy crap, How many times did you have to sharpen the chisel to be able to do the brake job???????? Jim/Dwayne I can honestly say that I don't envy either one of you..... From the pictures of what I could see you have a really nice looking shop. When you blast all the schmutz off of the trucks how and where do you put it?????? -
7.3L injectors
LARRY BRUDZYNSKI replied to eastendpowerstroke's topic in 7.3L Power Stroke® Diesel Engines
AD AB AE BI their all Heui's and if you putting in Ford or IH they are all coming from the same place in Mexico( HOLA ). Like I stated before remans or new you get what you pay for. We only offer a 6 month warranty on the remans and NO LABOR(LABOUR for Jim). On the other hand we do have the Alliant Power warranty of 13 Months/Unlimited mileage and Labor included. Check out the website sometime, Alliant makes the injectors for Ford and IH, of which is Cat. www.alliantpower.com It's worth the look. -

7.3L injectors
LARRY BRUDZYNSKI replied to eastendpowerstroke's topic in 7.3L Power Stroke® Diesel Engines
Read the page carefully they are selling you reman injectors with Alliant part numbers. Dave be careful....They are my competitor but have a bad rep for warranty if needed. It takes a long time to get paid from them. They advertise on EBAY and there is a reason for that....(quick sales) I'm not trying to push it but look for a company that looks out for the guys running these trucks and using their products everyday. We sell the Alliants and also build out own for the guys looking to get a better priced alternative. We use Western turbo and injection out of Winnipeg for our solenoids on the HEUI injectors. So far they have been awesome and no questions asked on the few warranties that we have had. Alliants 1 warranty per 1000 on average. New is the way to go if you can afford it for your personnal vehicle. PENSACOLA DIESELS WARRANTY, JUST A LITTLE BIT FROM THEM.... NOTE: WE HAVE DETERMINED THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE FUELS IS DAMAGING TO THE FUEL SYSTEM. THE USE OF ANY BIO DIESEL OR ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE FUEL VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. ALL PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS CARRY A 90 DAY WARRANTY, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON INSTALLED PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS , EXCHANGE ONLY. ALL PMD (D-TECH PUMP MOUNTED DRIVER) CARRY A 90 DAY WARRANTY. NOTE- DUE TO THE INCREASE IN CUSTOMERS USING ALTERNATIVE FUELS ,ANY INJECTOR OR PUMP THAT WAS PURCHASED OVER 90 DAYS AGO WILL HAVE TO RETURNED FOR WARRANTY. NO EXCEPTIONS NOTE- VP44 PUMP WARRANTY IS VOID IF PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS ARE ADDED, SUCH AS EDGE OR QUADZILLA. IT WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PSG. NOW, By the way fuel use has no implications to warranty....(This is Pensacola's out, for warranty consideration) If fuel is contaminated that does but most insurance companies do cover fuel contamination. Ask me how I know this....Performance products carry their own warranties, limited as they are and even harder to prove. The insurance companies will still cover most of the failures if related to fuel. Our warranty is take care of the customer first and worry about the b/s later, if we have to eat one every now and again so be it. But we have made a customer for life and will see them again and again. Your choice in the end.....
