  2. Do you make it a practice to torque BOTH bolts on the 7.3 injectors after injector replacement? I have seen issues where the second bolt (that you don't have to remove) isn't to spec and causes problems... Not trying to say anything negative, just something I had seen and wondered if this might be the cause of your concern. I know for sure they both get checked after I saw the one truck have a failure due to this.
  3. There was a guy on the Inford board that had one, changed it, it broke again. I told him to check base oil pressure, and he started pulling a fuckin' attitude with me about plastic parts breaking first and shit... He checks base oil pressure, it's like 240psi or something to that effect. He was a pretty rude fellow.

  5. In my various nights of researching different things, I located a very interesting tear-tag...which identifies itself as an F-150 with a 5.0L V8.....
  6. I'm not a hundred percent sure, but I thought it came with an amp clamp, but it may be a HIGH amp clamp, for testing alternators, and shit.
  7. Logic Lock is kinda like when you got too much shit going on on your PC, and it freezes up so bad not even CTRL-ALT-DEL works, and you gotta either unplug it or toggle the power, or press the reset button on the front of the case. (Most computers don't even have that anymore)

  9. I would say that the history on that thing ain't real bad. There are a couple of repairs on there (oil leaks if I remember correctly) that look like they may have been technician fuckups...IE: rear cover gets replaced, HPOP cover starts leaking shortly afterwards... I think that guy might get a little more credibility if the fucking sign had the letters all straight to each other on it.

  19. Yeah, but they probably work in the same shop, Larry. LOL If you squirt about a half bottle into each of his workboots, it'll start to burn by about 10:30... feels kinda like really bad athlete's foot, but everywhere, and all of a sudden.

  21. Last one I had EGR troubles with, the intake was all caked up with carbon and shit inside, and intermittently, a piece would blow through the valve, and sometimes would stick there. Would run like shit for a while, maybe, and then clear up. Just a thought.
  22. Did you happen to look and see if the impeller wheel is still on the turbo? (The new one, I mean)
