Thanks fellows! I figured I'd get the answer here!

I wish you could use a button on the dash -- like on the big trucks. Should be an installation kit through Ford...manual override, to regenerate when required when the driving conditions don't meet the regeneration requirements. I have passed the info on to a couple fleets I deal with.

Hey fellows -- trying to switch a plastic CAC duct over to a steel/three-piece unit. Having trouble locating the part numbers. Truck is an 06 and has a split plastic one. I remember there's a TSB with the part numbers, but I'll be damned if I can find it. Anyone got any leads? Thanks in advance fellows!

Has the truck come back yet? Did your swap fix it up? I'd see if the supplier would come good with some cake for your diagtime.

^^^ Yup! It had a couple fucked pins, and there was for sure some busted wires RIGHT at the connector. Changed up the pigtail, clear codes, VGT learn, good to roll.

I'll get the spaghetti strainer out when I get home and get the fuel separated.

Removing RH adaptor pipe without pulling trans?

^^^ Yeah, what he said. I'd punch that tech in the teeth if I met him. And yeah, I was refering to cab mounts. -
I run my own personal truck 3000mi between LOF services, no more. I typically end up with an extra quart or so between services.

Last MAF concern I had was an early truck, it was doing all kinds of funky shit with the EGR and VGT, causing all sorts of troubles.

I can't believe there isn't a truck shop in Toronto. Using the postal code on that spring box, i came up with Full-screen Map data ©2010 Google - Terms of Use Map Satellite Hybrid Traction Mississauga - Distance : 16.71 Km / 10.38 Miles View Map 5915 Atlantic Dr., Units 6 & 7, Mississauga, ON, L4W 1S4 Phone : (905) 670-2868 Manager : Doug Paddock Toll free : (800) 268-6957 Traction Bolton - Distance : 27.08 Km / 16.83 Miles View Map 1 Simpson Road, Bolton, ON, L7E 1E4 Phone : (905) 857-2071 Manager : Angelo Visco Traction Oshawa-Whitby - Distance : 46.7 Km / 29.02 Miles View Map 1751 Wentworth St. West, Units 3-6, Whitby, ON, L1N 8R9 Phone : (905) 432-2785 Manager : Paul MacLean Toll free : (800) 263-3823 Traction Hamilton - Distance : 58.63 Km / 36.43 Miles View Map 30 Bancroft Street, Hamilton, ON, L8E 2W5 Phone : (905) 561-0932 Manager : Brian Kinzel Toll free : (800) 263-4588 Traction Ste. Hmm...interesting...the two 6.7 trucks I have driven have only made ~20-24psi of boost, but there has been no audible boost leaks or P0299.

Removing RH adaptor pipe without pulling trans?
Aaron replied to fordtech03's topic in 6.4L Power Stroke® Diesel Engines
The most problematic ones I find are the front two... I have seen most of them not only have loctite on them, but they're fuckin PAINTED too! -
I wouldn't put Pensacola Diesel injectors in something that the injectors are EASY to change on, let alone a Powerstroke! But yeah, them injectors, not good. Contact Larry on here, he can probably get you some higher HP injectors from one of his suppliers, and the stuff will likely be good parts! FTR.... Im getting between 17-19 out of my 6.4 on the highway. (62-70mph)

Shouldn't have cut those ones

You guys don't have a spring shop nearby that could bend some up for you?
-
Guy that was supposed to set them up that day was on coffee break, so the next guy down the line just slammed 'em on anyhow.

I broke a cage nut putting the fucking bolts back in! With the loctite cleared off, and anti seize on it...it STILL fuckin broke! Oh I was SOUR. -

Post the fucker up here! We're all pals on here, this ain't FMCDEALER... -
there's an outfit that sells 40 gallon aft-axle tanks, but they are upfitter tanks to replace the spare tire, so I'm not sure if they'll fit in a stock application.

Dammit...I coulda been a rockstar had I only been here earlier LOL. I just looked this up the other day at work for a similar situation, but it's a cube truck and "It don't need any damn air" Microcat sucks, by the way.

Ford may increase 6.7L Power
Aaron replied to Keith Browning's topic in 6.7L Power Stroke® Diesel Engines
Spartan apparently has deletes available. I don't like how fuckin' touchy the throttle pedal is around the parking lot...that shit's gonna be messy in the winter. -
Oh, that's where the stash <<pulls big ass box of hardware out from under toolbox>> of removed shit comes from. I save every goofy fuckin' bracket, clamp, and gasket that they DON'T want back. Anyone need a set of 6.0 head gaskets? 15 or so EGR coolers? How bout 6.0 EGR valves? I got a couple dozen.... LOL. I save all that crap just in case I get in a sticky situation where I gotta monkey-fuck something together temporarily to get the stupid pile of shit out of my bay until the right shit shows up, assuming that isn't a part that is a sonofabitch to change, like an exhaust gasket on the back of a 6.4. Hmm, a CX-2020 instead of a 2056? Lemme slam one of these fuckers in here so I can pull this heap outside. Kerchunk. The fuck out my bay! LOL. FWIW, I loosen the Vert cooler, and undo the bolts from the lower fitting where it attaches to the horiz. cooler. I loosen all the cooler clamps and slide the cooler up out of the road. If you don't do it this way, it makes it a real sonofabitch to line the bolts up to the housing at the top of the engine when you go to reassemble it. Once the clamps are loose on the vert cooler, I throw new ones on, it's fairly easy with the cooler just floating around there. And for the record -- the warranty nazi's don't make the call on if parts go back or not. At least the Dearborn ones don't. There's a different WPEC in the US than in Canada, where WPEC and the warranty claims assessment department are in the same fuckin' building LOL. And I've come to my senses again, I believe....
