I just did one with studs and the cab on. No big deal. Put the rear two studs in the driver's side head/rockerbox before you put it on and hold them up with rubber bands.

Only thing that limits me from working on the floor right now is my mobility from my back.

how big are the bubbles? I have been told by a hotline engineer that champagne-sized bubbles can be considered normal, maybe compare to a like unit? You don't have fuel running out onto the ground, right?

Should rephrase that... Took 5 minutes hammering the first one. The next one got the gas-axe treatment.

No shit, I've had it fix dead misfires with injector circuit codes. The injectors rattle slow at first, then gradually speed up...it almsot sounds like a truck with a fucked FICM. Pretty much every truck will start awesome after the reflash, assuming the FICM is good and the injectors aren't TOO hammered up.

TSB says if the EGR cooler leak checks okay, oil cooler faulty, just replace oil cooler.

I had my IR impact on "kill" trying to remove two rear ones with a breaker bar and socket on the top -- it took a good five minutes of hammering on each one.
