I got one that keeps freezing that keeps freezing. Hotline told me to use silicone spray the same day that Ford supplemented 18n03 to use washer fluid concentrate.
And one of my coworkers was doing one of the recalls and he couldn’t get the washer fluid to go down the cable.
Yup. Pretty much. The one I did had an aux a/c compressor that hit the core support and wouldn’t let me drop it as much as I woulda liked, but it worked ok.
Oh yeah I forgot to post that. I had to do one the other day that we couldn’t lift. And there was no way in hell I was gonna pull a subframe on my back.
We had ours out for 2 months. My service manager claimed he couldn’t get a hold of the customer to get it back. I finally went over his head to get it back.
We had them for about 2 months. Then they took them away and went back to paper.
I loved them, but with the management issues in service they weren’t working for us.
Failed batteries? We used to see it on e-series cutaway busses when the batteries failed they would complain of rotten egg smells. These ones had 1 battery under the hood and 1 under the body so it would still start and run normally.
I saw it in the flyer yesterday. Figured I’d ask before I just ordered it. I have the tekonsha emulator, but you have to have a second person to watch it plus the new F150’s don’t play nice with it.
