Canadian bacon is commonly referring to back bacon or peameal bacon.
Any kind of bacon is good. Please reference this thread:

My drop in (pictured above) had a dyno sheet with it from a facility identifying itself as a "CATERPILLAR REMANUFACTURING FACILITY"
Or something to that effect. I'll see if I've got the sheet anywhere still.
Should these come off if I slide the PS pump/alt bracket out of the way? I've got a leaker and never changed one of these before.
Thanks in advance for the advice.
Quiet you
Seriously in all the 6.0's I've worked on, I've never seen this before, and never had a customer complaint as such on the R.O.
However, I did notice that "neutralizing the exhaust" pays quite well.
You guys don't transfer your vanity plates over?
I guess that one wouldn't really matter, due to the text on that plate, but still.
They are $240 here.
Guy in the next bay is doing an oil cooler/EGR cooler pair on a 2006 (i THINK) F-250. He calls me over and says have a look at this.
The bolt on the driver's side of the turbo to pedestal isn't a 10mm. It's a 17mm. We both think that's kind of odd, but figure a butcher's been in there fucking about.
So he gets the turbo off and there's a bracket bolted to the HPOP cover that buts up against the pedestal. Two bolts into the top of the HPOP cover and then this thing. Anyone ever seen this before? It's a first for me. Does anyone know it's function?
