Installed mudflap using aftermarket hardware and inspected alignment. Found alignment not within specifications, adjusted alignment as necessary. Re-checked alignment found within specifications. Road tested mudflap and re-inspected alignment after road test. Found alignment within specifications. Release vehicle to customer. Or something like this... It was a N/C mudflap install on a Tiremaster truck.

ROFL! Well put. I usually find out if it has bittering agent or not when after draining the block and radiator, then removing the lower rad hose, that "extra gallon" of coolant that nobody can ever seem to drain out appears and soaks me from head to toe.

Oil cooler is plugged, and your coolant loss and white smoke may be a result of the EGR cooler taking a poop because the oil cooler was plugged. Spec is 15* if i remember rightly.

The only documentation I have seen on this is on the sheet with the plug o-rings, that has an arrow pointing to THAT plug with "DO NOT REMOVE THIS PLUG" underneath it.
