Description • Factory tools rock the injector, binding it to the head and possibly damaging injector; the IPK1630 pulls the injector straight out without rocking and damaging the injector or head • Unique cantilever I-Beam design allows easy assembly on the motor and provides a rock solid platform for pulling the most stubborn injectors • Lifts about 3/4" to completely remove a stuck injector • Saves technician time by reducing the likelihood of damaging the head or injector • Made from heat-treated alloy steel for rigidity and durability Application Designed to remove the diesel injectors from Ford® vehicles produced from 2011–2016 with the 6.7 L Power Stroke® engine; over time and miles, the injectors become heavily coated with carbon between the tip and head causing them to stick together

If you have issues go here www.dsps.dealerconnection.com . Make sure it shows you as logged in on top right. Click on VIEW MY INFO top left and see if there is an e-mail address there, that is the one you have to use. If there is not one or if you want to change it click on CHANGE MY PROFILE add or change e-mail address and click SAVE CHANGES and your done. You will need to wait a least 24 hours then setup you forums account. Note if the DSPS ask for password it is your current FMCDealer password. -

Using The Flight Recorder
tonybullitt replied to Keith Browning's topic in Tools, Computers and the Internet
I send the shops out as flight recorder then use my personal vcm2 in it's place. Also have the vcmm we can use when a shop vcm 2 is out as a recorder. To answer your question yes I send them out half a dozen times a year. But I'm the only one that sets it up even if it's another techs job. -
