I have had some 19.5 tires that give that feeling. Usually it's got cheap tires on it. try swapping rear tires and rims if another is available. I have had trucks that were scary to drive replaced new tires and concern gone.
I have had a 9.75 set soaked in a coffee can ready to go for at least 10 years now. I put the soaked ones in truck and new ones parts gives me go in can. Everyone in shop uses out of it. We charge a bottle of friction modifier to shop when it gets low.
yeah, I put a lot of dpfe on under the recall that customer said everything involved with egr has already been replaced still setting code. I would say everything except what it needed and it's free Ford has extended warranty on it.
Friend of mine has this truck. It's a rollback tow truck. Guy tried clearing codes for him said was def codes still on idle only. Any info available to a f550 and smaller Ford tech like me?
I have a brand new Ford tool if u r interested. I bought it on a dealer auction then other diesel guys left. I never used it. I see snap on offers a Ford diesel fuel pressure kit set.
Not just under warranty but easy obvious jobs that are pathetic they didn't fix. Today's example guy been in 4 times wrench lite coming on losing Speedo on f150 the dealer told him if doesn't act up can't find. Obviously just a leader frame had oss code and tsb for it.
No, but maybe I should they do suck. I usually try and sell both at same time. On my personal truck I did Rh under warranty about a month after warranty was done Lh failed.
Got a customer wanting to bring in a wrecker with this concern. It's been to several other dealers and now they want me to take a look at it. I have not seen the truck yet. Wondering if anybody been after this concern yet?
