  1. Stephen, I don't know if you want to hear this, but.... The original # for the washer is W302163 but supercedes up to 6E7Z6881BC. It looks like you have to replace the housing.
  2. Quote: To add insult to injury, I know personally of several UAW workers who drive to the plant, punch in, and drive home while on the clock. Another recently told me he runs out of newspapers to read during the day, and they get all of them- so much free time on their hands while "on the clock" that they run out of newspapers to read? UAW= U AINT WORKING
  3. I just came across this one made by Delphi. If they have the software to back it up it may be worth something. http://tools.delphi.com/
  4. I was surfing the net and came across this sounds like the ticket. http://www.kitchenstuff.com/items.asp?Cc=CarbonCleaners&iTpStatus=1&Tp=
  5. We used it for the big bore diesels for cooling system cleaning that had to much DCA in it and made the coolant turn to jello.

  7. Maybe that was a blessing in disguise, you probably wouldn't want to marry this one.
  8. What's the air filter look like? We see alot of turbo failures due to air filters being restricted and pulling the thrusts out of the turbos and filling the comp. housings and cac's full of oil.

  11. Haven't worked at a trucking company, but can tell you unless your on your game with repairs and pm's fleets suck...Time is everything no excuses, if they aren't running they aren't making money. Don't think I'm putting down the smaller fleets but be prepared for the stress of keeping them running. A lot of smaller companies are better to work for but be ready for a lot of late nights. I'm sorry if I sound like a downer but I sell plenty of parts to small fleets and have the parts/service guys up my ass all the time. Good luck on your interview. I really hope everything works out for you. We all deserve to better ourselves. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rockon.gif
  12. +1 It's about time Ford of Canada started recognizing you guy's. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cheers.gif

  14. Quote: You aren't aware of PartsVoice? Not yet, most of the dealers around here use O.E. connection. But it seems most of the dealers have gotten real tight with giving up any info if they aren't selling the parts. Thanks for the help Bruce. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rockon.gif I just went on the site, and it looks like it's part of O.E. connection.

  18. That grille makes a bold statement. I like the looks of the truck. Will this be like the Roush cars in regards to warranty or should I say lack of warranty.
  19. Quote: You know, NO candidate said a damn thing about better radiators in 6.4's or increased strength head bolts for 6.0's. AMEN
  20. Quote: The PN for the kit is F6TZ-9150-BA, but beware of the price- last checked was about $50. (Larry: This PN was one of the most difficult I ever found, because FMC calls the IPR a "Fuel Pressure Regulator". It took me months of wrong parts to get this kit!) Yeah it was a bugger to find the first time, but printing out the blowup for the filter assy and listing the #'s on it saves time when brain fade occurs. I have piles of these little cheat sheets.

  22. Thanks Keith, excellent post. Point taken....
  23. And UPS's reply to the claim....Not our fault item was not packaged correctly. Talk to your UPS driver if they know they will tell you, all packages must withstand a fall from 6 feet in the air, I call that B/S I ship 70-90 lb turbos and fan clutches every day. 90 lbs from 6 feet in the air makes a hell of a noise. We foam pack everything. If you guys ship UPS make sure that anything over $100.00 is declared, if not UPS only covers $100.00.
