  1. Or did the sensor go for a shit first and not allow regenerations?
  2. Still under 5/160k though... What's the causal for the plugged DPF? PREVIOUSOWNER? lol
  3. Sucks to hear but you will come through this dude! They got interwebs in that hospital?
  4. I've seen a few of 'em like that. One, a customer drove a truck from Los Angeles to Windsor, Ontario (Think Detroit, MI) in regeneration.
  5. I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express one night, next to that dealership. LOL Nice place, plenty big.
  6. I worked on a road course car most of the day today.
  7. You've got a couple of 6.0 head bolts, cut the heads off and use them as alignment dowels to put the chunk in the housing, if you didn't already know this. Cut a slot in the end of the bolt after you cut the head off, turn it in with a screwdriver. Use 4 if you've got 'em.
  8. I used to use them for all sorts of stuff. Leave the cap off, once empty and it will crystallize and dry, bounce it off the bench and dump the bits out, give 'er a quick rinse with varsol or brake cleaner and hit 'er with some compressed air and away we go. I liked them for putting hydraulic oil into a truck that was too far away from our pump. Our lead hand at the last place I was at used them to steal gasoline from the shop fuel pumps for his own personal vehicle.
  9. I can't post pics of the inside of my new shop, but it is clean, so well lit you might need sunglasses, which I like. I can't stand dark shops.
  10. Easy, that 38mpg is a total crock of shit! Just like one of the GT500's in one of my stalls says 34mpg.
  11. Wish I could... Confidentiality, yadda. www.seanhylandmotorsport.com is the website, there's some neat shit on there.
  12. I dropped my tools off at my new place of work yesterday. Going to Sean Hyland Motorsports. There's a pile of 2013 GT500's there, one all finished and souped right up... Holy mother of god that thing sounds sweeeeet. Redline on the tach is 8000RPM.
  13. Mike, I did this one a couple years back - looks familiar! You can see the imprint of the bottom of the oil filter housing where the filter melted into the housing base plate.
  14. Well, if the trans was tuned by H&S, I have a pretty good idea why it failed....
  15. Well, they lost me at the fact that there's a pair of fucking VISE GRIPS being used instead of the proper size wrench or socket. Damn. Treed, didn't read all of your post Jeff! LOL
  16. I put FOUR E4OD jasper remans in the same Canpar truck, not long after that. LOL.
  17. You can tell by the bypass openings in the thermostat plate as well, they changed shape when the part number changed.
  18. "Clogged" I'd bet LOL! Have they made any improvements with the manual regeneration on IDS? By that, I mean, does it work now?
